For ADHD assessments please note we have pre-test requirements we request your GP complete prior to referring you.

Submit the referral to us.
You can submit your referral in
two ways to us:
1: Your GP referring you to us via Healthlink EDI: tranquwh or Medical-Objects.
2: Upload your referral when booking your appointment online.

Book an appointment online.
Complete the online booking process, including selecting an appointment time, completing the patient intake form, making full payment and checking your medicare rebate eligibility.
